- Can I place my booking just before I travel?
If using our online booking form, you will need to place a booking at least 24 hours before your travel time. If you wish to book a taxi within a tighter time frame, please give us a call.
- Can I set up a corporate account with you?
Yes. The best way to initiate this process is to send us a message via our online form and then we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
- What happens if I forget to give you my flight number when I book online?
If you have booked an airport transfer it is important to give us your flight number so that we can automatically update your journey details if your flight is delayed. We will do this for free if we have the flight number, but we cannot do this without the flight number. If you have forgotten to fill in your flight number in the box, just give us a call to give us that information – that way, you will avoid paying extra fees for changed journey times.
- How can I pay the driver?
Make a payment in advance online using PayPal or credit or debit card. Alternatively, pay using your card over the phone. Finally, you can also pay your driver in cash when thy arrive.
- How will I know who my driver is at the airport?
They will call or text to let you know and arrange a meeting point.
